Middle names to go with

Not even pregnant yet but I kind of need to know in a bizarre way.
How does Sadie Emma Louise sound ?
And what would you put with Isaac David *** ???

I like Sadie Emma-Louise, my BF has a Sadie Emma-Louise btw, weird huh.
for a boy I would have
Issac David James.
Issac Robert David.
Issac Samuel David.

Both are lovely. Isaac David is very Jewish, so if you are not it might be worth thinking about using one or the other but not both together.

Do you have any nice names on either side of the family? We used a very elderly childless relative's name for DD's middle name and she was absolutely chuffed.

I wouldn't put anything else with Isaac David. What's the point in having 2 middle names as well as a first name and a surname? The second middle name will never be used.

I'd just go for Emma Louise, drop the Sadie

The main purpose of middle names is to prevent the initials from making some silly word or abbreviation - and in the case of girls to prevent this even after she has married someone with any possible surname. (Hence the strange preponderance of middle names beginning with J. )

Emma Louise could end up as an ELK or an ELF.

Hmmm the main purpose of middle names for us has been to honor family members and to use the names I like when DH ouwldn't let me have them as a first name, Emma Louise will have a Sadie in front of it so not a problem !
