Agatha or Mina

These are our final two, not sure how I feel about ‘Aggie’ as a n/n & OH suspects Mina could be called ‘meanie’ I know which one I like more but would love to hear thoughts & other recommendations :)

What's wrong with being an old(er) woman?

Please don’t call her Agatha. Mina is better but Nina or Agnes are nicer in my opinion.

A lot of you’re a new born

They’re both horrible, ghostly names. Like Victorian women at a seance.

Agatha. A great name.

So a newborn will only ever be a newborn?

Until they’re older.
Then they’ll be an old born.
But still not an old woman.

Surely we all hope every baby girl will live to be an older woman?

Agatha is much more early 20th century rather than Victorian. I love it.

I know a 4 year old Agatha who goes by Aggie. It really suits her!

Not keen on Agatha but besides that if you don't like Aggie I would avoid it. Team Mina

Mina - gorgeous, definitely don't envisage meany at all.

Why do posters come on this thread to say they don't like either....she's literally asking which name.

Mina is lovely IMO

Agatha is ugly and is also Miss Trunchbull’s name.
