They are all nice bar Wilbur. Please don’t call your baby Wilbur.

Gorgeous lists!

Girls

  1. Clara - lovely, simple vintage chic vibes
  2. Phoebe - pretty classic with a modern sound
  3. Cora - simple vintage and suits all ages
  4. Lila - pretty sound and a modern but classy vibe (Leela or Lyla?)
  5. Matilda - pretty- do you like “Tilly”?
  6. Olivia - classy but overused for years
  7. Theodora - a bit long for my taste but nice nn options

Boys

  1. George - I know it’s popular but I love it
  2. Arthur - as above
  3. Toby - love this and not so overused
  4. Louis - gorgeous classic
  5. Henry - this is the most overused of your list where I live
  6. Wilbur - sounds a bit comical to me

I like all your girls’ names except Cora and Lila. Cora: I think the Eastenders character put me off, although Cora in Downton was great. Lila reminds me too much of Lilo and Lilo Lil.

I like your boys’ names, but Wilbur is my favourite. I’ve never met a boy or man named Wilbur, but SiL had a very cute dog with this name. I like that it’s unusual.

Buttonknot · 27/03/2025 21:17

Olivia, Clara or Cora

Like all the names but my favourites are Clara and Arthur (nn Art)

Daisyrainbows · 27/03/2025 21:47

Clara and Wilbur!

LilyJosephine · 27/03/2025 22:14

Olivia and Henry. I personally don’t care about popularity as long as they are not very recently trendy - but I do like an elegant classic (especially a Shakespearean one) with a nice diminutive option/s if they want.

Scutterbug · 27/03/2025 22:14

Matilda and George x

MiniPumpkin · 27/03/2025 22:15
