I'm biased as my child has a Biblical "-iah" name but I think Zachariah is fab!

Interesting that people say it's a bit "frilly" or "flowery" as I think there are SO many names ending in an "ee" sound these days (Teddy, Evie, Lilly, Bobby, Charlie, Eddy...) and I find them all quite "cutesy". I think the "-iah" ending is much stronger. But maybe thats just because a lot of Biblical kings had those names....

I like it, but ds's best friend of many years is Zakariah, known as Zak.

Zak, and the various spellings, is very common in my dc's age group - secondary age though.

Zachariah or Zacharias are fabulous.

There is a woollen mill that I drive by occasionally called "Zaccheus Hinchcliffe". I think Zaccheus is a marvellous name.
