Middle name for Reuben

I posted a while back and still struggling with settling on middle name. Our surname starts with T and is two syllabes. We've settled on Reuben for first name. Here are the ones we are deciding on for middle names :Harrison (which I love but partner not as convinced), Elijah, Rafael (or Raphael), Jacob, or Joshua (however our nephew is called Joshua but goes by a nickname) so I feel this might be strange and we would need to check with my sil, right? Any thoughts as we can't seem to agree on one!

Reuben Joseph sounds nice

Another vote for Reuben Isaac.

I also like Alexander, but don't want to spell rat or rot with initials 😂

Not James because it's a go to middle name. Of your choices, Jacob, but it does seem a bit too OT. Harrison is too surnamey.
Watch the initials - he won't thank you if he's RAT or ROT.

Yeah very OT and we're not very religious, but they do tend to be the names I gravitate towards I'm finding

Has anyone suggested Joel?

It's Hebrew in origin, simple, and similar to James which you were keen on.

I quite like Seth as well if you want another nice Hebrew name.

Reuben James immediately came into my head before I read any suggestions
