(been really inspired by the importance of being Earnest all you literature mums!)

Girls:
Clementine - nope
Georgina - i am ambivolent
Polly - yes
Cordelia - god no

Boys:
Oscar - everyone is called this
Ernest - ernie the fastest milkman - no

Dont really like any of the girls names much.

Claudia would be an acceptible compromise for me!

Oscar - it's a pet name to me.
Ernest - I believe that was the name of my mum's dad. So, doesnt hold particularly positive connotations for me.

Edgar is a kind of a cross between the two .......

I love Cordelia and Oscar. (My lovely gran had Clementine as a middle name, but loathed it so much that she always disclaimed all knowledge of it.)
