Girls names are so hard, struggling to agree on anything with DH, we seem to be discounting more names than we are adding to a list. Our son is called Miles, what would you call Miles’s sister?

I'm not sure the strictly classic names go so well with Miles. Neither do the contemporary cuter/more fashionable names.

Miles, imo, is more in step with:

Tamsin
Natalia
Anouska
Natacha
Meriel
Melissa
Tallulah
Dahlia

Hmmm, I'm not sure - something slightly classic but also underused.
