Nico is much nicer than Luca, which is becoming a bit chavtastic, especially on non-Italians.

If you are not Italian or Greek don't do it unless you are married to the local drug pusher thats what the one in our town called one of his 10 kids by different mothers!

I taught a Domenico, shortened to Nico. He had Italian heritage. I think it is lovely.

Nico or Luca are 2 possibles if my baby is a boy - the dad is half italian so I think it will go OK
