But Lewis is younger than Louis and Older than Lois. Wtf, why would you choose to do that?

pinkbubble · 20/04/2008 23:32

My Aunty chose the same name as my sister! WHY!!!

Also 3 of us are married to Marks! Gets very confusing at times.

pinkbubble · 20/04/2008 23:33

My Aunty chose the same name for her DD which was the same as my sister!

islamum · 20/04/2008 23:35

I chose Isla, even though my niece is Ella, dh and I literally could not decide on anything else

landj · 20/04/2008 23:37

My DC are Jake and Leila. There cousins are Jack and Laura. Just like to confuse dear old gran!

IdrisTheDragon · 20/04/2008 23:39

My name is said the same (although spelled differently) to DH's sister. DH's brother also married someone with the same name, so there are three of us with the same name (first and surname)

I have 6 cousins with the same names or very similar (all on the same side of the family)

2 Charlottes
2 Aarons
1 Lana and 1 Alana

Very confusing

My cousin and dd are both called LP there is 9 months between them. The L's are VERY different, but when I took dd for her jabs the had cousin L's notes in front of them instead of dd's. Good job I was on the ball!

sussies · 20/04/2008 23:52

The L's are VERY different names

My dog is called Maggie. My dd1 is Madeleine. I don't often shorten it to Maddie (she's usually Madge, or sometimes Magic), but lots of other people do. I have been known to shout for the dog (who's a bit deaf) and get a response from the child.

also Grace and Rose sound very similar

my dd always answers to wrong one
