Please help! First baby and I feel like I am definitely overthinking this and driving myself crazy.

I love Cora, Rose, Harriet, Blair, Eden for a girl and Reuben, Jude, Finley and Elliot for a boy however am not 100% on any of them!

My absolute favourites are Lois and Thomas however our surname ends in an S and makes it too much of a mouthful.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for anything that might fit our style?

Most of the people I know who are called Lois and Thomas have a surname ending in S. One is something like Lois Davis and it didn't strike me as strange.

Thomas will be Tom anyway.

You've given us 2 classic names, so I suggest you pick classic names that won't date, not trendy ones.

Lois and Thomas are great names, by the way.

I like Cora and Eden, Jude and Finley from your list.

Corinna, Eloisa, Nerida, Carolyn (rather than the more common Caroline), Juliet, Vivien or Vivianna, Demelza, Dana, Nadia, Nadine, Tamsin, Tamasine, Tamara.

Julian, Jolyon, Jason, Bede, Edmond, Edgar, Finnegan, Ford, Francis (Frank), Ferdinand (Ferdy), Peregrine (Perry), Benedict (Ben), Nash, Robert, Richard.

Congrats on your coming little one. Trust that when you see that sweet little face and have had a good sleep you will choose the right name, which might or might not be on your list. 😊
