My husband and I love the name Julia for our baby girl but can’t agree on a middle name. Do you have any favorites from this list or suggestions? Claire and Elizabeth are family names honoring grandparents. I am not sure if a long or short middle name sounds best. Last name is Campbell.

Julia Rose
Julia Grace
Julia Claire
Julia Eloise
Julia Elizabeth
Julia Vivienne
Julia Violet / Violette

Thank you!

Juilia Claire Campbell is my fave.
Julia Elizabeth Campbell is a close second.

Julia Elizabeth. Love the name Julia.

I think it's best if the middle name starts with a consonant.

Julia Jane...

My name is Julia Caroline.

Married surname starts with a C too, similar length to yours. It's not as jarring as I thought it would be because nobody uses my middle name. Not sure I like Julia Claire though because of the flow.

I actually really like Julia Elizabeth and Julia Johanna - I'd have loved to have been a JJ growing up!

This is really helpful, thanks for sharing your personal experience with the name! I'm moving away from Julie Claire Campbell bc the two hard Cs don't sound great to me either. Glad you don't think Elizabeth or Johanna are too long with the name. I also like Julia Jean, Julia Jane, Julia Johanna (all variations of the same J name) bc JJ is cute, but I keep coming back to Elizabeth because it was my Nonnie's name and so elegant sounding to me.
