Baby number two

Baby number two is on the way and I really need some help with names. I already have a Dexter Alan. If we have a girl the middle name will be Elizabeth but no clue on a middle for a boy.

First names I like for a girl are:
Heidi or Ivy

Boys I have no clue everything I suggest my OH doesn't like because he knows a not very nice someone with the name

I think I am swaying towards Heidi for a girl Ivy is so popular I already know 3 little girls born within the last 6 months with that name.
