Not Nancy Rose, it sounds more like the name for a boat.
Dorothy Lily sounds a little clunky with the two Y sounds so close together. Have you considered Dorothea Lily, that flows better.

Dorothy Rose flows better than Dorothy Lily, (because Dorothy and Lily both end in an 'ee' sound). I do like Lily (but it's overused).

Isabella, now you mention it is really gorgeous (but unfortunately also overused). Isabella Rose?
But Dorothy Rose is nice and more unusual.

Rose is every girls middle name, it’s so overdone. Not keen on Dorothy at all, Lily is lovely but so popular. Love Isabella but not Bella.

Dorothy is frumpy IMO....

The first name is the important one. The other honestly has no significance to anyone but you! So don’t choose based on the ‘pair’ - choose the first name you like best. You’ll regret it if you don’t.

Beatrice is the best, and Bea an amazing short form but if your partner doesn’t like it, both Dorothy and Nancy are lovely. Think Dorothy edges it as has more options for shortening.

Rose works better than Lily for both of them, as a middle name.
