To me:

They do not start with the same letter.
They do not end with the same sound.
They go well together.
They so well with the surname.
They go well with the middle name if chosen one.

I like:

Eden and Cora

or

Myles and Jonah

Good points @Theoldwoman .

From your list I'd pick

Rosa and Nora but prefer Rose and Noa.
I don't like Cora but love Cara.
If you want other ideas, if I were having a girl tomorrow my list would be..
Naomi
Rachel
Natalie
Sasha
Kate.

From your boys list I'd pick
Jonah and Flynn
If I were having a boy I'd pick
David
Harry
Luke
Ben
Joshua

I have two sets of twins - young adults now. After agonizing we just went with names we liked rather than think too hard about it. Congratulations, you will be ridiculously tired but it's the best job in the world!

Rose & Ella
Pearl & Eloise
Eliza & Paloma

Jasper & Felix

Eden and Nora

Jonah and Myles

Would be my choices.

I read an article about triplets and the parents never told them in which order they were born until their 18th birthday so there was never any 'I'm the oldest' bossiness.

I thought that was genius.
