Forgot to add that in case you don’t want another name with an A ending (although I think that would be fine, though I’d avoid another A starting name like Aurora, Athena, Ariadne. Artemis etc) - then:
Christabel
Ianthe
Rosalind
Guinevere
Juliet
Jessamine

Forgot to also add to the A ending options:
Serena
Cecilia
Claudia

Thanks again for the additional suggestions all. I always thought I’d never be into matching letters for siblings but I’m not against it now actually- providing it doesn’t sound too similar.

I totally agree Aurelia is very vowel sound heavy so I need to be mindful of that too.

I also agree that a Latinate/Greek/ancient style name might work well, though I’m open to othersof course. Some names can sound a little flat next to it as it’s quite flowery isn’t it?

Thoughts on Cosima? Too similar sounding with the a on the end? I love it. I think it’s quite celestial sounding ie cosmos.

I like Cosima. How are you pronouncing Aurelia? I’ve heard it pronounced 2 ways.

Or-ray-lee-uh for pronunciation

Aurelia & Rosalie

Cosima is very pretty, although still quite rare/unusual compared to Aurelia which is shooting up in popularity now (might be people looking for longer 4 syllable Ancient Roman/ Greek names to be the new Olivia or Amelia/Emilia as names like Ophelia, Octavia, Cecilia etc are also similarly increasing).

I don’t think matching A endings is a problem at all but I personally would try to avoid matching first initials for same sex siblings - although I guess most post does now use full names or full initials including middle ones. If you do want same first initial, I think Antonia would be nice - similar popularity levels and similar cute nn options to Aurelia ( Aurelia - Aura/Rae/Lia, Antonia-Anya/Toni/Nina/Nia).
