Casper - not unusual. Casper/Caspar/Kasper spelling
Obie - Wan Kenobi. Too unusual
Rudi - German, not common or unusual
Micah - Formica. not common or unusual
Chester - nice city to vistit. Too chesty as a name
Tobiah - Seems a bit unusual, and a bit like other than the David, Daniel, Samuel, type ones
Arie - Aries without an s? How do you say it - 'Arry or Airy?
Rafferty - surname as first name. Not my taste. not common or unusual
Jonah - and the whale. not common or unusual
Arley - You couldn't decide between Harley and Arlo. Too unusual
Milo - milky drink. trendy, not common or unusual
Ezra - trendy, not common or unusual

Romeo - and Juliet, Beckhams, Italians, balcony
Casper - ghost, jaspers, haunted house, Germans
Obie - oboa, nicknames, chavvy,
Rudi - Rudy, Germans, Trudy, red color, redheads
Micah - Russians, probably not pronounced like Russian nickname, Eurovision
Chester - chesnuts, both horrible memes about name Chester, the town
Tobiah - Toby, Bible
Arie - Aryan, Nazi, trendy Aria
Rafferty - sailors, surnames, Rafael
Jonah - the whale, the Bible, Jon and variations
Arley - Harley, the milk Arla, it's probably town somewhere, it's probably someone's surname, Aryan, Nazi, trendy Aria
Milo - it's possible Norman variation of names Mila and Milan, also think of Miles and hipsters
Ezra - the Bible, trendy and hipsters

Romeo- try hard, Beckhams
Casper - in a similar vein to Hugo and Arlo
Obie - Star Wars
Rudi - even autocorrect changed it to rude
Micah - footballer
Chester - wet
Tobiah - made up. Toby is fine
Arie - made up
Rafferty - see Casper
Jonah - whale
Arley - Harley with a dropped H, chavvy
