Lara, Cassia or something else

Expecting a baby girl next month, love Lara as a name and Cassia is also up there, but not 100% sure.

DH isn't sold on Lara as he can't imagine a blonde Lara - we are both blonde with blonde parents the likelihood of a blonde baby is very high!
Sierra makes him think of a car
Anna is bland in his mind

The others he's just not sold on - so any ideas?

The hair colour thing for Lara is probably because of the game Tomb Raider and the character Lara Croft who has dark hair.

Sorry OP I hate Cassia, it reminds me of cassia bark for a curry ingredient (poor man’s cinnamon).

I see a lot of the reference to Sierra being about the car, but then there is the Toyota Sienna and yet that's not something that is associated with that much more popular version. I personally really like Sierra, as long as you're not set on Leona or something similar as a middle name.

Lara is beautiful and I think of Lara as blonde and blue eyed (maybe because I knew one at school).

I wanted Lara but DP wasn’t keen so have a Louisa if that’s any help. I also loved Serena and Marianne.

Lara is one of my favourite girls names and would suit any hair colour imo. It's definitely my favourite on your list.

Lara is great, was my top name but ended up with my second favourite due to the middle name we wanted .

I have to say I do like the Cassia/cinnamon association. I'd see it as a plus point.

Lara's Russian, so seems fine for a blonde.
