Otto… thoughts?

Hello! I’m looking into both gender names as we are having a surprise. I really love the name Otto for a boy, middle name will be Luke as it’s a family name. Husband is yet to be convinced on Otto. Wondered what peoples opinions were on Otto Luke?

I really like Otto.
You could add an extra middle name, maybe Otto James Luke?

Makes me immediately think of Otto Frank but that's not neccesarilyn a bad thing and the majority of people won't make that association anyway.
