What do you think of these names? Looking for a gender neutral first name beginning with S or something less ‘frilly’

Not keen on any of them personally and I would generally consider Shae a boys name. I also like Sydney for a girl and Shannon is lovely too.

I like Shiloh.

Shae is a nice sound, but I’m Irish, and it would be Shea/Shay (short for Seamus, a definite boys name!) so I can’t get used to it on a girl.

Seren is OK. More popular than other two.

Not keen on any of those. Shae looks like typo. Shiloh is unisex, Serenn isn't.
Louise is nicer as a middle name and could be Louie as a unisex nn

I like Stevie a lot too, but think it’s too typically male as a full name so needs Stephanie as an option

Sacha is genuinely gender neutral

Sian isn’t but unfrilly

Shiloh always makes me think of Shylock and has a celeby vibe. Shae is deffo the hooker on GOT or an unfortunate nick name for the lovely Seamus
