I love the name Cecilia and I think it’s making a come back actually!

Love it - Cecilia very elegant, international but underused in the UK for some reason (like similar Claudia, it's probably because of the supposed "meaning").

I guess for boys I'd look for something of a similar style (multi-syllable, classical or at least very old origins) - maybe:
