It’s nice. I’m personally not keen on Charlotte, but it’s fine. I like Penelope, though wouldn’t want it shortened to Penny.

Sounds nice to me, but as a Penelope myself generally known as Penny, a lot of people have no idea how to pronounce it correctly and go for the pennylope option

Its a classic Greek name, William shortens to Willy, Richard to Dick, loads of names have other meanings when people want to be idiots

I love the name Charlotte, but don’t like Penelope. Only know one in real life and she’s in her sixties and goes by Penny. The names don’t flow together imho.

I don't like Penelope although Charlotte alone is pretty. I actually lije Penny but not the full name
I know of a few baby Penelope's /Penny it is becoming quite popular.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't use William or Richard either.

It wouldn't matter to a lot of people. It might matter to the op.

Penelope is almost always shorted to Penny and the like as I’m sure you know. I’ve only known one Penelope aged in her late thirties who uses her whole name.
