Sophisticated, elegant names

Hello everybody! I’m thinking of changing my name. I always hated my name and since I was young, I wanted to be called with other names.
I really like the name Charlotte, but I’m afraid that it would be too difficult for my Italian family to pronounce it.
Can you suggest more English elegant names?

I'm surprised no one has suggested Kathryn or Catharine, Catherine, Katharine etc. beautiful timeless name

I always liked Caroline. It works in Italian as well as Carolina

Bianca, Victoria, Anna, Chloe work wonderfully in English and Italian
