I have an H daughter so read with interest. Hester surprised me, I've never heard it before. My mind leapt to Uncle Fester (sorry!).

My neighbours (older ladies) in Austria were Hildegard and Ingeborg. They were like aging Valkyries from Wagnerian Operas. Both over 6ft and stout of chest. I was utterly terrified of them.
