Which do you prefer?

Anna Elizabeth.

I prefer the name Elizabeth but Anna Sophia has a really nice flow to it.

I agree with this. Prefer the name Elizabeth, but both combinations are lovely.

Anna Sophia is lovely. The vowel clash in Anna Elizabeth makes it hard to say, so Elizabeth Anna would work better - but I suppose you've already decided on Anna as a first name? It's a very pretty name.
