Aww you have a beautiful taste in names!!
My favourites on your boys list are Arthur, Frederick and August and my favourites on your girls list are Beatrice, Cecily & Romilly!

I do think Giselle is so so beautiful but not in the UK because of the “Jizz” connotations but as you’re not in the UK then it may work wonderfully for you ❤️

I’d love to know how Melusine is pronounced :)

Wishing you the best on your TTC journey x

I like all of them, though I have no idea how Melusine is pronounced, the way I'm pronouncing it in my head is pretty!

My favourites are August, Arthur and Percy from the boys and Beatrice and Matilda from the girls. But all very lovely names, don't think you can go far wrong with any of them!

boys list:
Arthur - Love this
Magnus - Really like this actually
Maximilian - Not a fan but I like Max on its own
Dimitri - No
Percy - Noo sounds too wet
Tristan - Hmm not a fan
Frederick - I don't mind it but it's not great
August - loved this since forever - Yes I love August! It's so beautiful
Cedric - I quite like it
Roland - Hmm not for me
Clarence - Seems too feminine and I just don't like it

girl list:
Beatrice - Lovely name
Charlotte - Beautiful name
Cordelia - I quite like it, it's nice and elegant and I'm not normally a fan of frilly names
Cecily - It's nice, not my fav though
Giselle - It's quite a nice alternative to all the Isabelle's, Gabrielle's etc. actually
Melusine - loved this since teen - from a French folk tale - Hmm not for me
Romilly - It's nice actually, it's grown on me a lot.
Matilda - No
Rosamund - I love Rose names but not this one

Favourite from boy list is August.
Favourite from girl list is Charlotte or Cordelia.

Any of them just not Percy!

MissyB1 · 24/04/2023 17:35

I love Magnus and Cordelia (although I would probably just use Delia).
