I recently found out that I am pregnant (a month ago)!🥰
However DH and I are struggling with names... For a girl I'd like Iris. For a boy I'm not quite sure... Levi? My husband likes William but I think that's old-fashioned. My daughter Lily suggested Eva/Ava but I feel like it's too similar to my other daughter's name. For a boy, she said Liam but she wasn't too sure.

DH doesn't really like the names we suggested besides Iris. I know it's too early to start thinking of names but I'd like a few suggestions from other moms !!😍😍

If you choose one beginning with L their initials spell Willow. Is that a coincidence or did you plan that?

I don’t think you could have William with Wilson and Willow, they could all end shortened to Wil/Will!

No William for definite, Willow and Wilson is similar enough. Eva/Ava is defo too similar to Ivy. Iris is alright not my taste. For a boy, Levi and Liam are actually quite lovely and Liam could be an alternate to your husband liking William.

Following on from what a PP said, it'd be quite cute to have an 'L' name!!! Obviously not essential but I think it's really sweet and not blatantly obvious either so wouldn't be seen as tacky.

Iris is very similar to Ivy. You’d end up with two Miss I XXXX then too.

Going by the names of your other children, how about

Rosie
Zinnia
Daisy
Amelia

Nathaniel
Jamie
Lucas

I agree that Iris is too similar to Ivy and William is too similar to Wilson/Willow

For a girl how about Hazel, Jasmine or Juliet

For a boy Rowan, Laurence or Hugh

The first name that came to mind, and would fit in lovely with those names, is Eden 🥰

iris is nice but too similar to Ivy imo. I would go completely different - Phoebe, Josie, Anna, Ben, Ciaran, Stefan
