Olivia. I like it as a whole name and Liv/Oli.

Elizabeth is too regal for me and I don’t like Lizzy or Betty.

This. I know of 3 Elizabeths and all go by a shortened version.

Popular but it’s a classic with so many short form options (don’t spell it Elisabeth unless you have a reason to - a cousin of mine has it spelt that way, drives her nuts)
