Suggestions for nature/earthly names that work internationally

Looking for ideas for girls names that relate to earth/nature. I love Gaia but can't win DH over on that one. He likes Freja. Looking for other suggestions, in particular ones that would work internationally, or Italy in particular, as I have lived half my life there and we have discussed moving back in the future or possibly elsewhere in Europe.
Other ideas we've had are
Aurora
Oriana
Marina

But we aren't keen on Aurora and can't use Oriana or Marina for other reasons.
Any other ideas?

Alba means dawn.

Alba means dawn.

I love Alba but we currently live in Scotland so OH said absolutely not because he thinks it's like calling a child 'Scotland'.

Clara? Fiamma?

Some that feature in the French and Italian top 100:

Erica (heather)
Rosa
Viola
Iris
Jasmine
Amber (variants like Ambra used internationally)
Jade (also Italian Giada)
Stella
Luna
Celeste
Sabrina (Celtic river goddess)

Gaia is awesome, though.

Sierra - which comes from Spanish, a mountain range

Sienna - which to me gives a sense of warmth (it's a orange terracotta colour in Italian)

both the above would work in Europe.

To do with nature but may not work in Europe due to the English spelling

Autumn - seasonal

I was also going to say Gaia

I like Ambra and have swithered with Erica.
My OH says he would consider Caia rather than Gaia but still isn't 100% sure. I prefer Gaia though.

Celeste is lovely as well and has special meaning in my family but my brother has just used it for his baby.

@Ottersome what did you go with in the end? Strangely my Gaia is nicknamed Otter (and was nearly a Marina!)

if it not too late, how about:

thea
olympia
seren (star, Welsh)
Mariam (of the sea, Arabic)

Its funny because I was browsing mumsnet active threads and this one came up so I clicked on it and when reading the first post thought, 'wow, I could've written that' and then remembered that I did!

I think we've agreed on one but baby isn't here yet so not 100% because she might not suit it when she's here but it's actually a version of one that's on your list!
