Do you like the name Esmé firstly? Secondly how would you pronounce it? Thank you!

As a matter of coincidence, Scots and French share many vowel sounds.

That's very interesting. It's true that English speakers struggle to say é in French or e in German. But Scottish speakers seem to have no problem!

I eould drop tge accent and spell it Esme.

The Esmés I know all pronounce it ez-may (as the accent suggests).

I like it. I'm not keen on ez-mee.
