I thought my age was the peak time for Christopher. I’m 32 and there was quite a lot of Christopher’s in my school; both primary and secondary. I don’t know any younger though!

I do really like Ralph, also Edwin, Edison, only issue with Edison as would have to change middle name 😂

Another suggestion:

I used to babysit a little boy named Spencer (back in the '80s).

Moosh18 · 03/02/2023 10:10

@TheVanguardSix my husband has suggested Spencer! But I'm not sure x

Oh sorry OP! You've probably written this in one of your posts and I completely missed it!

Yes it's one of those names... I really love it but I personally wouldn't have used it. It's such a personal thing, naming our babies.
My dear friend wrote me a long email at 3am to tell me why I shouldn't call my baby 'Alec'. Well, Alec is now 8 years old and my dear friend is still my dearest of friends. It all worked out!😆

The right name will find its way to you. ❤

Heathcloverpeaches · 03/02/2023 10:27

I have a Montague and he's Monty most of the time😍

Moosh18 · 03/02/2023 10:27

@TheVanguardSix I think Hugo (Hughie) is our fave currently as our surname starts with H and I like the way it sounds x

Pinkdafodils · 03/02/2023 11:01

I think Hugh/Hughie is much more classic and timeless than Hugo.

Smilesarecontagious · 03/02/2023 11:07

Love
Hughie or Ralphie

If I were to choose Ralphie is my fav

Tangerinie · 03/02/2023 11:08

Fergus is one of my favourite "old man" names and it is also Scottish. But don't think it goes with Thomas.

Fergus Tom?
