Saskia or Savannah

We keep coming back to both Saskia and Savannah but neither name seems to ‘stick’. Any thoughts? Is Saskia a bit harsh? Is Savannah too much of a long name?
Any other names that spring to mind when you hear these?

I like Savannah but love Saskia!

I love Saskia to be honest as it’s a unusual name and a name that you won’t forget.

Saskia all the way, great sassy name.

Savannah always seems a bit Hello mag to me

Sabrina, Serena, Selina, Sanchia, Susannah and Shoshanna are all also very nice

I love savannah. Would have had for my girl if my friend didn't name her girl that. She beat me 😂

Saskia. It’s a lovely elegant name that would suit a child and a woman.

GreenLeopard1 · 27/01/2023 08:22

Kids are funny! Would be pronounced Savan-ah rather than Savarna

Savannah is much nicer. Saskia reminds of a couple of irritating Big Brother contestants from a long time ago.

ScreamALullabye · 27/01/2023 08:31

Savannah is a lovely name

Saskia for me.
