It might be better to do one thread with all the names then doing loads of threads with just two.

FWIW, out of all the ones you e posted, Maeve is by far the best

Heidi.
Maeve sounds quite boring to me.

ChildrenOfTheQuorn · 23/01/2023 20:24

Maeve.

Heidi is OK but sounds too little-girly to me.

PritiPatelsMaker · 24/01/2023 16:25

Difficult as they are both so lovely. I think I'd go for Maeterlinck though.

ShesThunderstorms · 24/01/2023 16:28

Maeve.

Don't go for Heidi if you live near mountains or have a boy called Peter...

Maeve was an ancient Queen of Ireland. Strong name!

CatNutsRoastingByAnOpenFire · 24/01/2023 16:31

Heidi is a blonde girl with pigtails.
Maeve lives in Ireland and writes books.

Ellmau · 24/01/2023 19:19

Maeve is nice. I would always think a Maeve was of Irish heritage though.

Heidi is a twee little girl skipping around the Alps.
