But Alfie isn't a grandad name. Alfred is. But you didn't choose that. So this thread doesn't make sense!

Just choose another popular nicknamey name ending in ie and it'll all be fine. Something like Albie Frankie Herbie Freddie Ronnie Jessie Reggie Billy Sonny Dougie Vinnie

Bold of you to assume he wasn't named after a grandad that was called Alfie and not Alfred but ok 🤣

And I didn't even say his name was a grandad name 🤷‍♀️ I originally just asked for old English names, I then added a comment with my sons name to see if people could think of any that sounded nice with that name 🤷‍♀️
