Both are dog’s names - unless you are naming a puppy and we’ve all just assumed you’re talking about a human baby?

Ozzy could be a nickname for Oscar as well as Oliver or Oswald suggested by previous posters. All perfectly good names. There was also a famous designer and cartoonist called Osbert (Lancaster), and a famous Norman conqueror called Osmund (he organised the compiling of the Domesday Book).
I'm afraid Marley just makes me think of Dickens and Reggae - not bad, obviously, but rather overpowering associations - and vinyl floor tiles.
