Sister for Evangeline? HELP

CatLoaf · 21/12/2022 18:28

I am stuck 😬 I just feel like all my name inspiration has tried up, and the one name I was really getting keen on (Edith), DH gave a hard no.

Any help for sort of traditional (not even sure if I mean traditional tbh) but not boring girls names??

I don’t think you’d want Evangeline and Edith - both nice - but they’d quite likely end up Evie and Edie (whether you like it or not).

Just coming back to this thread now, such beautiful suggestions!!

Seraphina hasn't been discounted, I love it! DH and I have completely different name taste alas 🙄 It's a miracle we agreed on Evangeline.

I love Callista too, but there is a close friend who has a Callie... aargh, there's always something!

I actually really like Juliet! Hadn't really thought about that one, oddly...

I know a little Genevieve which is shortened to Vivi.

My current list is:

Seraphina
Beatrix
Callista
Dulcie

Shall run them by DH 🤪

I know an Evangeline with a sister Rosalie, I think they're lovely together.
