I am writing my Christmas cards and have totally forgotten my next door neighbour’s baby’s name. It is a bit like Briony or Rowan, but definitely neither of those. I’ll remember it as soon as I hear it.

Have looked through the top 100 girls names with no luck. And have written “Dear Neighbour, Neighbour’s husband name, and…” so can’t even style it out and leave it off the card

I would swallow my pride and just asked them "Hey dear, I'm sorry for asking, how is your daughter, blabla" If this doesn't work, just ask for a name.

You don't need to include the baby's name on a Christmas card; I certainly wouldn't, and wouldn't be offended if someone didn't. In fact, when anyone does, I find it a bit weird.
