I'd choose Amber but I love Phoebe aswell! Middle name suggestions for Amber (sorry for any repeats):

Phoebe!

For the middle name I used the name of a book character I loved (Josephine).

Ta here, I've seen Phoebe spelt Pheobe far too many times over the years for it to be a name I'd consider - and with my teacher hat on, it's incredibly hard to teach the child how to recognise, spell or write their name, 'Ph' - oh yeah that's 'f' oe "ee" be "bee" !!

Both are lovely names. Amber is fairly well used these days, although that wouldn't bother me personally. I'd probably choose Phoebe.
