Faye or Zara (or suggestions!)

Hi all.

im in hosp in early labour with my baby girl. I’d love some opinions.

Faye
Zara

are current favourites.

any other suggestions! Feeling v open minded at the mo!

Zara is great, vivacious, strong and feminine. Faye is a bit meh.
Fingers crossed you meet your little one soon!

I like both these options. Although the shop association with Zara might put me off a bit personally.
Suggestions maybe Zoë, Nina, Cleo, Rosa, Iris or Cora? Good luck.

I love Zara always have done. It's one of my favourite names. A friend has named her baby Flora which is lovely but not to everyone's taste.

I like Zara - one of the names I wouldn't mind being called myself. Faye doesn't work for me being in Scotland, it means 'from', I'm fae Glasgow etc.

You could use the spelling Zarah if it reminds you of the shop.

Zara is gorgeous.

I've never liked Faye, it's a dull grey name to me (sorry!)
I like Zara, Tara is also pretty. Names I think have a similar feel are: Zoe, Ianthe, Iona, Xanthe, May.

Ditto, even with the unnecessary’e’. And I have a beloved aunt Fay so don’t say it lightly.

I don't know a single nice Zara so that puts me off! I think Faye is lovely, feels fairytale like and pretty but not weak.
