Definitely Imogen! Imogen is beautiful.

dream28 · 12/10/2022 15:08

I love Amy, Charlotte, Chloe and Emily.
If your first is Katie I think Amy and Katie are wonderful. If you first is Katherine/variation, I think Katherine & Charlotte are wonderful

Anyway you got wonderful list.

Emily

RonSwansonsChair · 12/10/2022 15:16

As you already have a Katie I think I'd stay away from other -ee sounding names. I like Imogen, what about Emma (instead of Emily)?

mathanxiety · 12/10/2022 15:39

Love Holly and Charlotte.

S25 · 12/10/2022 15:51

Emily is lovely

Mumofgirls2017 · 12/10/2022 16:02

I like Holly best

MammyS · 12/10/2022 17:24

Imogen or Charlotte for sure! The rest are okay, but Imogen and Charlotte are lovely!

SquigglePigs · 12/10/2022 18:30

I'm personally not mad keen on Imogen or Chloe but I think they others are lovely and I think they all work well with Katie.

bakewellbride · 12/10/2022 18:42

My baby is called Charlotte and we love the name! You have to accept she might want to be Lottie or Charley when old enough to decide though.

bakewellbride · 12/10/2022 18:43

Also I have 2 nieces who are sisters and they are Katie and Ellie.

caitlinrose · 12/10/2022 19:28

Emily - cute but very overdone
Imogen - I can never really get used to this because it reminds me too much of "innocent" but it's classic.
Holly - cute, it's on our list.
Charlotte - not a fan, seems slightly out of fashion.
Chloe - this also seems a bit 90s but it's fine.
Amy - feels very 90s and dated.

I would pick Holly.

Then Imogen, Emily, Chloe, Amy (no real preference).

Then Charlotte.

layIa · 12/10/2022 19:29

My favourites would be Emily or Holly Smile

Luredbyapomegranate · 12/10/2022 23:42

Of that lot I would go for Imogen or Emily - both very popular (Imogen lately and Emily for a while) but fairly classic like Katie.

Charlotte is lovely but really has been done to death, and two two-syllable names ending in y is too twee / matchy matchy

Constance
Caroline
Marianne
Lois
Anna / Hannah / Annalise
Clare
Juliet
Louise
Ida
Stella
Frances
Beatrice nn Bea
Penelope

Might all be options

octoberfarm · 12/10/2022 23:52

Love Imogen and Holly. Have you considered Anna?

Trez1510 · 13/10/2022 03:09

I agree with previous poster, it really comes down to whether Katie is the given name or a nickname.

If it's a given name, I'd avoid anything that is too sophisticated by comparison.
As pp said Katherine/Charlotte (or Imogen or Emily even) have the same sort of vibe.

Katie (as a given name) gels better, to me anyway!, with Amy or Chloe.

Good luck!

emmathedilemma · 13/10/2022 12:48

I think Amy, Charlotte or Emily go best with Katie but the others are ok too. I don't like Imogen purely because the one I know goes by Imo and it's just such an ugly nn. I wonder if the two names ending in "ee" is a bit too much though?
Katie & Alice
Katie & Anna
Katie & Emma
Katie & Sarah
Katie & Hannah
Katie & Laura
Katie & Lydia
Katie & Stella
Katie & Megan

Mummytutoo · 13/10/2022 18:49

She is officially a Katherine, so may well go by Kate or Katherine when she's older and can choose
