Opinions on Faria?

Faria (Persian name for a Pakistani baby) is pronounced like Maria but with an F.

It's nice but I would have mispronounced it. I would have assumed it was rhymed with Sharia (law).

I read it as Farrier, as in, can I bring my horse for some new shoes?

I think it’s lovely, but I did also think of a farrier, as in someone who does horse shoes.

There is also Fariah which will probably have less pronunciation issues.

Very pretty. I would have put the stress on the first syllable if I saw it written but obviously once I heard it pronounced correctly would use that.

I'd have said it as 'Farrier'
