Vivian is a boy's name. The girl's name is Vivien, or Vivienne, @LoveYouHoneybear . It ends up being Viv

Genevieve pronounced the English way - Jenna-veeve - gives you the closest alternative I think

Vittoria or Victoria, then you could have Vita as a nn, which has a similar energy to Vivi

I like Vivian (which can be for girls, Vivien Leigh was born Vivian), I meet very few though! I would go with it regardless of others. Or if you really don't like the idea, Vida, Vita, Violet, Viola could all give Vi or Vivi nns.

Or if you like the meaning, Aoife, Eba or Ziva are all more unusual.
