Twin for Miles

Hi,
Due boy girl twins soon, and have chosen Miles for the boy. We would like for the names to match in some way (same letter/meaning etc.). Any suggestions for girls names to match with Miles would be great thanks!
(Also, Miles or Myles, not quite decided yet?!)

Lots of people suggesting M names on here but having twins with the same initial feels too matchy-matchy IMO.

It's a simple, classy name so I think you should go for a girls name in a similar style.

Definitely Miles over Myles

Personally I think having twins with the same initial is a bit too samey-samey - plus a logistical headache when it comes to paperwork, receiving mail etc.

But I like all these in combo with Miles.
