Wilfred or Robin?

Only two names I can get on board with at the moment - really struggling with boys names and due in a few weeks!

Other suggestions also welcome - I like classic but not necessarily too common (and lots I can’t use). Thanks!

I dislike Wilfred a lot, especially the Wilf part.

Robin is nice or how about Reuben or Quentin?

Definitely Robin. Great name, and has Rob/Robbie options too.

Really dislike Wilfred, and hate Wilf. Will a d Freddie are ok though and I guess they are possible nicknames.

Wilfred by a mile. I love that name.

Robin, Robin Hood isn't seen as "wet". Reminds me of Christopher Robin too.
Wilfred sounds like a dog's name to me (or wild anyway), sorry to anyone who already has a Wilfred.

I know a Wilf. He's ace.

I like both but prefer Robin.

For now, have both in mind and see which works best once baby is here.

Robin is mimsy.

Well I’d go for Robert nn Robin, as although I like Robin, it’s a unisex name, so if he isn’t keen on that when he’s older then he has options.

Wilfred/Wilf is a great name - Robin is just so twee. Rob/Robbie are good names though.

I love Wilfred! My other half isn’t keen but I feel like Wilf is a super cool name! He said if was to chose Wilfred he’d like the nn Freddie. So lots of options :)
