Hi guys, my husband and I are due our first baby in the next few months which we haven’t found out the gender of. We have a couple of boys names set but are struggling to come up with girl names that we love that go with the middle name Annie. We don’t want to use Annie as the first name either but we are Open to any ideas and styles that you may have. Thanks heaps

Annie is a lovely name. Because it's traditionally a nickname, not the Christian name, to my ears it sounds a little odd coming after a first name.
Eg Katherine Annie Smith, Lara Annie Smith, Rose Annie Smith- flow less well than Katherine Anne/Anna Smith, Lara Anne Smith or Rose Anna Smith.
I suppose you must have a good reason to not want Annie as first name but seems a shame as it's a good one!

Orphan?

I think Annie is maybe a bit odd as a middle name as it’s really a nn, I think Anne or Anna might be easier.

eg Serena Anne
Beatrice Anna

Mabel Annie.

I think a long and more formal first name goes well with Annie.

My daughters middle name is Annie, after my mum. Her first name is Matilda.

My 98 year old aunt is Ellen Annie, known as Nell. But don’t think Nell is used nowadays ☹️

My great grandmother was Mary Annie, but if you decided to go for Anne over Annie you'd have a lot more options.

I like Annie. I think you need longer first name, not ending in a or ie/y. Like:

Elizabeth Annie
Katherine Annie
Charlotte Annie
Isabel Annie
Beatrice Annie
