Kiera Rose doesn't flow too well with the ra-ra.

Personally anything with rose or mae/may as second name is a no. It's been done to death.

Kiera Molly could work!!

Molly or Ciara is fine. Rose is beyond ubiquitous for a filler name.

I wondered at first if this thread was bumped from fifteen years ago. I'd pick Molly of the two, but both names have been popular and are declining after a previous peak in popularity. Rose is the beige of the middle name world, and I'd consider something other than Rose/Grace/May unless it has meaning to you.

Kiera is a lovely name. I think Molly is sweet on a little girl, but not so much a grown up woman. If you go with that maybe pick a longer name and use it as a nick name.

I'm not sure which is the "correct" spelling (Kiera or Keira) but Keira looks better to me.

Double barrel is a term for surnames.
Two first names (ughhh) are hyphenated. OP has posted about a name and bland middle name.

Keira. But not with Rose. It’s been done to death and is the obligatory filler name for girls with Grace and May.

I prefer Keira. I think Rose is the Louise of the 80s! So many people I know have Louise as a middle name.

I’m not sure why there are comments about double-barrelling and hyphenated names, op hasn’t mentioned that.
I like the Proper spelling of Ciara, it’s much nicer than the K spellings.
Rose is obviously very popular in the middle spot. Maybe a variation of Rose would be nice
