They are all great names. If I have to choose I'd rule out Olly as it's a nickname and Finn as it is the most frequently used of the four.
Hugo is charming but not as quirky as your other DC names so that leaves Arlo.

So, Rex, Indie and Arlo.

Whereas:

Indie and Finn doesn't work
