Elodie Fleur
Fleur Elodie
Elowen Fleur
Danica Fleur
Sylvie Fleur
Sylvie Elowen
Lowenna Fleur
Tabitha Fleur

Elowen I like because it’s a bit stronger but worried it looks better on paper than as said.

Elodie Fleur - too french. Elodie is meh
Fleur Elodie - too french
Elowen Fleur - Elowen will get mispronounced
Danica Fleur - not familiar with Danica, not sure
Sylvie Fleur - too french
Sylvie Elowen - not keen
Lowenna Fleur - nice
Tabitha Fleur - not keen on Tabitha but it's ok

Lowenna Fleur is by far the nicest

LozMarieFielder · 22/03/2022 18:09

Elodie Fleur - 10/10 gorgeous name that flows nicely with middle name
Fleur Elodie - 8/10 obviously both gorgeous names but prefer it the other way around
Elowen Fleur - 6/10 agree that Elowen may look nicer on paper, both nice names but feel a bit too similar for some reason?
Danica Fleur - 5/10 am neutral on Danica and like Fleur, together they are alright
Sylvie Fleur - 6/10 both pretty names but the Ls kinda clash
Sylvie Elowen - 7/10 these names go together a little better than the last ones
Lowenna Fleur - 9/10 never heard of Lowenna, but it sounds gorgeous with Fleur
Tabitha Fleur - 5/10 not keen on Tabitha but they don't sound bad together

KylieCharlene · 22/03/2022 18:12

I love Tabitha Fleur- sounds elegant plus it suits all ages.
Elodie Fleur would be my second choice.
Dislike the others.

Frankiefarr · 22/03/2022 18:27

Lowenna is Cornish for joy which I like. We also have French connections so I’m not bothered about it being French. I wondered whether people would get Fleur better than Elodie but above all I want something that sounds elegant but happy and joyous.

So far I’ve done a few things where I’ve used Elodie to test it out and people seem to respond really positively

Originally I was considering Xanthe and got lots of positive comments on it being a beautiful name but then a relative was really cutting about it

I like Danica Fleur - it counterbalances the airy, ornate sound of the middle name with something a little more substantial.

Lilacsparkles · 22/03/2022 19:37

Agree on Elowen, it looks so beautiful but I find it a bit awkward to say? I just head L O N but maybe that’s just me! I love most of your names, I think Fleur is great, uncommon but pretty and not too out there. I also love Sylvie and Elodie. Less keen on Tabitha and Lowenna. I don’t like Danica, I just don’t personally like the sound.

ozymandiusking · 22/03/2022 19:42

I like Lowenna Fleur, also love Xanthe. Tell relative she's your baby and it doesn't matter whether she likes the name or not.

DoorLion · 22/03/2022 19:43

Sylvie Fleur is my favourite.

DogsAndGin · 22/03/2022 19:48

Elodie Fleur 9
Fleur Elodie 9
Elowen Fleur 4
Danica Fleur 1 rough
Sylvie Fleur 2 dreary
Sylvie Elowen same as above
Lowenna Fleur 2
Tabitha Fleur 8

Zillamop · 22/03/2022 19:51

Elodie Fleur is nice. Or how about Xanthe Lowenna (ignore the person who made a cutting remark) or Eileen Sylvie?

Zillamop · 22/03/2022 19:52

Elowen got autocorrected to Eileen

20viona · 22/03/2022 19:55

Elodie Fleur

PierresPotato · 22/03/2022 19:58

Lowenna is pretty.
Danica I'm not keen and I imagine it being shortened by friends to Dani which I don't like.

Luredbyapomegranate · 22/03/2022 20:01

I love Elowen - but how about Ianthe (Eye-an-thee) rather than Xanthe? It’s similar but more grown up and elegant

In order -

Ianthe Fleur - elegant, unusual without being out there
Elowen Sylvie - very Celtic and slightly mystic combo! the downside is she might be another Ellie
Sylvie Elowen - Sylvie is lovely - shimmery, but I probably wouldn’t want to be called it as an adult

Lowenna is ok
Danica I think is a bit nothing-y
Elodie I find very fussy, will date, and she’ll likely end up one of many Ellies.

BlueFlavour · 22/03/2022 20:02

Xanthe is so beautiful.
Xanthe Fleur
And if not
Fleur Elodie.

Frankiefarr · 22/03/2022 20:20

Ianthe is really properly pronounced ee-anthe the eye-anthe is a British thing that annoys my Greek friends. I know an Ianthe who for some reason people see as Ian ans she always gets mistaken in emails for a man

PierresPotato · 22/03/2022 20:24

Xanthe if you like it. I wouldn't let one relative put you off.

Mumofgirls2017 · 22/03/2022 21:51

Tabitha Fleur

organicoatmilk · 22/03/2022 22:24

Elodie Fleur
Fleur Elodie
Elowen Fleur
Danica Fleur
Sylvie Fleur
Sylvie Elowen
Lowenna Fleur
Tabitha Fleur

I dislike Elodie, Elowen, Lowenna and Tabitha. I love Sylvie Fleur!

WeasilyPleased · 22/03/2022 22:28

I'm going to vote for Danica. It's a lovely substantial name. Very lyrical. Danica Fleur sounds well balanced and pretty. Not rough at all!

CoastalWave · 22/03/2022 22:29

None of them.

Phantom1 · 22/03/2022 22:33

Elowen sounds like the Spanish branch of the Owen family!

DramaAlpaca · 22/03/2022 22:34

I like Lowenna best, gorgeous name. Danica is quite nice too, and Sylvie Elowen.

Least favourite is Tabitha Fleur. Tabitha is a cat's name to me and putting Fleur after it makes me think of Tabby Fur. So that's a no.

CPL593H · 22/03/2022 22:45

Elodie Fleur or Fleur Elodie. Both lovely.
