I like Jasper. I think of the stone/mineral first. It seems like a cool nature name to me. Maybe it's a generation thing, but I don't know who Jasper Carrot is.

I love it. I had to google Jasper Carrot, I do recognise him but didn't know the name, but doubt it will be an issue for your DC.
