all potential names for baby, but i’m very indecisive😂

I would avoid Blue as it’s a very celebrity baby name and it’s kinda weird to name a baby a straight up color name imo. I like Tate, Raine and Luna. I would go for Luna which is probably my favorite, as everyone knows how to spell and pronounce it, but it is becoming quite popular if that bothers you. Raine might get some spelling issues because it can also be spelled Rain or Rayne.

Luna. Tate sounds like a boy, I don't like Raine and Blue doesn't sound like a name. Rain and blue are more like negative words to me, particularly blue (i.e. feeling blue) so I wouldn't choose either of those.

Luna isn't awful, but Tate and Blue really are, for either sex.
