Not ending in an “a” girl names

Aaaargh. How is this so difficult?!

Middle name will end in an “a” so trying to avoid that in the first name too.

I prefer older style names -
Madeline, Emmeline, Esme, Persephone, Seraphine (there’s definitely a leaning towards “eeeen” sounding names! etc but DH whilst not hating them hasn’t found one he loves yet.

Surname is quite unusual so would prefer first hand be pronounceable / easy to understand.

Nothing too modern, or won’t pass the “could she be prime minister one day with that name” test

I really like Madeline - shame you can’t use that. Could your husband come up with a list and you guys could cross reference?

Even Prime Ministers’ names often follow the fashions of when they were born.

We may be able to use Madeline - just need to persuade DH a bit more!

But for now trying to find alternatives. Adelaide is pretty (and makes me reminisce about Heidi!)
